Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Syns Oiram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Jury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oiram's entrance music is Let the Bodies hit the floor. A fine choice. Jose Jury will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Syns Oiram! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jose Jury! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jury clinches up with Oiram and pushes him back against the cage. Jury gets underhooks to prevent Oiram's takedown attempt.
Oiram goes for a takedown in the clinch but Jury prevents it.
Oiram jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jury walks away with a smile on his face. Oiram gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Syns Oiram. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jury gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Oiram looking for a takedown. Oiram is breathing heavily. Jury gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Oiram.
Oiram takes an elbow to the temple. Oiram is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Oiram looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Jury has Oiram pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Jury pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Oiram tumbling to the mat - Jury dives into Oiram's guard. Jury looking to pass the guard. Jury slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Jury looking to pass the guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jury gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Jury gets the takedown into side control. A lull in the action here. Jury decides to stand up, so the ref orders Oiram to his feet. Jury is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Oiram avoids the head kick by Jury.
Syns Oiram seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Oiram stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Oiram wants it to stay on the feet. Jury shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Oiram sprawls well. Oiram wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jury gets slowly back to his feet. Oiram with a poor takedown and Jury decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Oiram's guard. Oiram keeping full guard, as Jury tries to pass. Jury is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Oiram keeping full guard, as Jury tries to pass. Oiram wants to stand and escape but Jury is having none of it. Jury content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Jury is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Oiram trying to keep a closed guard but Jury is proving a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Jury not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Oiram has momentary wrist control but Jury slips an elbow through the middle. Jury connects with a couple of short punches. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Oiram has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Jury is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Oiram. Oiram is not content to let Jury control the position. Jury controlling the position. Oiram tries to contro but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Jury in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Oiram might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Oiram is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Jury is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Oiram can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Jury biding his time, controlling Oiram. Jury is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Oiram won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Jury off his unconscious opponent!
