Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bam Bam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Tewal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anton Tewal will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bam Bam! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Anton Tewal! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Nard Betker and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bam darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Tewal pushes Bam off and gets back to his feet. Tewal misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Tewal darts in and clinches Bam up against the cage. Bam keeps control of Tewal as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. A frustrated look appears on Tewal's face as he tries to break the clinch. Tewal's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Tewal tries to clinch up but Bam circles away and keeps his distance. A head kick misses from Tewal. Tewal tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bam swivels and escapes. Tewal takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Tewal misses with a head kick.
Bam shoots in and bounces Tewal off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Bam throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Bam trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Bam trying to control the position from guard on top but Tewal is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tewal can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tewal is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bam is controlling him. Tewal wants to sweep but no luck. Bam in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Bam throws a strike but Tewal rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Tewal would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Tewal misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Tewal takes a jab right on the kisser.
Bam scores a takedown into full mount! Tewal tries to lock up and control but Bam gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bam breaks from Tewal's wrist control and lands an elbow. Tewal's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Bam connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Bam working Tewal over with strikes here. Tewal looks gassed! Tewal tries to get back to half guard but can't. Tewal taking shots to the head. Tewal sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bam thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Tewal to regain full guard. Tewal is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bam is controlling him. Bam trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bam wants to control from the top but Tewal keeps moving. Bam postures up and lands a big shot to Tewal's brow. Bam stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tewal swivels though and keeps the full guard. Tewal is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bam is controlling him. Bam in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Bam works over Tewal with some ground and pound from guard. Bam trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bam has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Bam is looking to work some ground and pound but Tewal has wrist control. Bam in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Tewal is on top in guard.
Tewal tries to stand but Bam is controlling from the bottom. Bam wants to control but Tewal passes easily into half guard.
Tewal is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bam defends it well. Tewal tries to stand but his arm is trapped. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tewal trying to control from half guard but Bam is working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bam Bam dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Tewal feints and as Bam raises his hands in defense, Tewal changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Bam pulls Tewal in close to prevent any damage. Tewal has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Bam is proving hard to escape from. Bam is pulling down on Tewal's head to control his posture. Tewal advances position into side control! Tewal trying to control the position but Bam is working away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tewal is breathing heavily. You can see the frustration on Bam's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tewal stands up and beckons Bam to his feet. Bam looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tewal is fending him off so far but Bam persists. Nope, Tewal circles away and we're back to standing. Bam is looking to clinch. Bam shoots in but no luck this time. An inside leg kick lands from Tewal. Bam takes a swing at Tewal's ribcage but misses. Bam misses with a takedown and Tewal counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Bam is lucky that one didn't land flush. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bam Bam. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tewal throws a nice inside leg kick. Tewal lands a high kick!
Both fighters circling a little - Tewal finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Tewal throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Bam's head. Tewal throws a head kick that half lands.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Tewal is looking to slow Bam down with leg kicks. Tewal dips to his left and cracks Bam with an uppercut! Tewal tests Bam's chin there with a solid looking shot. A head kick misses from Tewal.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tewal takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Bam on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Bam connects with a good right hand that stumbles Tewal. Tewal circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Tewal rushes Bam and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Tewal's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Anton Tewal is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Tewal tries a head kick but it misses.
Bam scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Tewal avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bam. Bam seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Tewal does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Tewal trying to control from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Bam is working hard here to advance position. Tewal is pressing down on Bam's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Tewal is on top in guard.

Bam closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Tewal to the mat! Tewal manages to get full guard. Bam trying to move into half guard but instead Tewal has managed to sweep! Tewal gets to his feet - Bam follows without any prompting.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bam ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Tewal tries a head kick but it misses.
Bam shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Tewal is trying to defend but Bam finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Bam tries to pass to full mount but Tewal defends it. Bam Bam overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Tewal works his way to full guard. Good work. Bam throws a strike but Tewal rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bam is trying to keep Tewal in close.
Tewal not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Anton Tewal showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Bam fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tewal avoids it really well and circles away. Tewal closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Tewal decides to stand up. Tewal throws a head kick that misses. Bam tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tewal sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bam somewhat. Tewal lands a high kick!
Tewal goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Bam blocks a head kick by Tewal.
Tewal throws a sloppy head kick and Bam moves out of range easily. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bam looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bam with the ground and pound but Tewal uses the opportunity to regain guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tewal looking for a guillotine here but Bam defends easily.
Bam makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Bam cracks Tewal with a solid left hand. Bam trying to move into half guard but instead Tewal has managed to sweep! Tewal wanted to stand there but Bam had control of the position. Bam looking for a sweep. Not yet Bam, not yet. Tewal stands and steps away. Bam gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Tewal takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Tewal throws a head kick that misses. Tewal gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Bam scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Bam throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Tewal manages to get back to half guard. Tewal is trying to stand up here but Bam is controlling him well. Tewal won't allow Bam to pass to mount. Bam throws a strike but Tewal avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Tewal is looking to stand up but Bam isn't so interested in that idea.
