The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
de Asis pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A shot to de liver by de Asis. Beautiful body shot.
A left and a right from de Asis both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Gabby Lights Out has been cut.
de Asis connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
de Asis tries a head kick but it misses.
de Asis lands a left and a right that send Lights Out crashing to the mat, dazed. de Asis thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from de Asis lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Lights Out has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Lights Out and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
de Asis cracks Lights Out with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Lights Out tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but de Asis pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Lights Out is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alfonso de Asis!
