Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between JJ Spinks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Angelo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miguel Angelo will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, JJ Spinks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Miguel Angelo!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Spinks closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Angelo did well to prevent Spinks getting side control.
Angelo manages to get to full guard.
Spinks distracts Angelo with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Spinks will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Angelo manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Spinks manages to get himself to full guard.

Angelo decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Spinks, up you get!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Spinks connects with a nice short shot to Angelo's temple.
Angelo is looking for a sweep. Spinks is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

That's time! Spinks's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
