The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gadd keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gadd tries to close the distance and clinch but Von Stausen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Von Stausen misses with a wild body shot.
Gadd throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Von Stausen sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Von Stausen drops back looking for a leg! Gadd is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gadd manages to kick Von Stausen off! Von Stausen jumps back into Gadd's guard.

Gadd has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Von Stausen off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Gadd is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Von Stausen hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
