Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aron Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Kringle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kringle is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by here comes santa cleaus . Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rogers throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Kringle lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Rogers closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kringle circles away.
Kringle goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Rogers. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Rogers shoots in and drives through. Kringle sprawls well.
Kringle lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Rogers backs up against the ropes.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Rogers might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kringle throws a nice looking combination but Rogers bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Rogers takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Rogers moves out of range of the body kick.
Rogers has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kringle finds it's way round the side to connect with Rogers's head.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kringle lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Kringle uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Chris Kringle showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!



Rogers bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Kringle is trying to buck Rogers off.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kringle can do anything to dispel that myth.

Kringle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rogers. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Rogers unloads with some shots from mount but Kringle bucks and avoids them well.

Kringle holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Rogers tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Kringle takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Rogers has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kringle's face.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Rogers throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Kringle because Rogers loaded up on that one.
Kringle is in a horrible position here. Rogers smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
