Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between All Calza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fidel Castro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fidel Castro is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, All Calza! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Fidel Castro! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Mauricio Rocha and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Castro throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Calza's waist but Calza gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Castro off to one side. Castro blocks a head kick by Calza.
Calza throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Calza throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Calza gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Castro tries to free his leg and advance position but Calza is retaining full guard. Calza wants to get back to his feet but Castro is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Castro is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Castro looking to pass the guard. Castro sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Let's hope that Castro has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Castro stops Calza from standing up. Calza is breathing heavily. Castro slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Despite being in the dominant position, Fidel Castro just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Horrible takedown by Castro or perhaps it was just good defense by Calza which made him look bad. Calza shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Castro counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Well, if Castro is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
I looks like Castro might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Castro is looking to advance position but Calza won't allow it. Castro controlling the pace. Calza pushes Castro off looking to stand but Castro dives back in and keeps control.
Castro is figuring out what he wants to do next. Castro seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Calza does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Castro is working for a submission of some sort.

Despite being in the dominant position, Fidel Castro just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Castro tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Calza swivels and escapes. All Calza has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fidel Castro. Calza closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Castro to the mat! Castro manages to get full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fidel Castro dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
A head kick by Calza misses and Castro counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Castro in particular looking to stall. Calza won't allow Castro to pass to mount.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Castro is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Calza doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Castro. Well, if Castro is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Despite being in the dominant position, Fidel Castro just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Calza throws a sloppy head kick and Castro counters with a nice double leg into guard. Castro slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Calza prevents Castro from moving into mount. Castro just content to control the position. Calza wants to get back to his feet but Castro drags him back down.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Castro is looking to take a break and control but Calza is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Castro remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Castro's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Calza tries to escape but Castro is in control. Calza prevents Castro from moving into mount.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. A head kick by Calza misses and Castro counters with a takedown into side control. Calza is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Castro has just dragged him back down to the mat. Castro passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Calza! Castro looking to control but Calza is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Castro might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Calza kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fidel Castro showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Calza with a poor takedown and Castro counters by clinching up. Calza gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Castro is trying to get back to full guard. Castro is doing well to control the position and prevent Calza from advancing to side control. Castro moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Castro is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Castro has Calza pulled in close to control his posture. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Calza postures up.
Castro escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Calza gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Castro pulls Calza in close to his closed guard and prevents Calza from doing any damage or advancing position.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Nice body kick from Calza. Calza lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Calza. Calza goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Calza throws a sloppy head kick and Castro counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Castro. Calza gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Castro.
Calza gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Castro regains guard.
Castro is pulling down on Calza's head. It's preventing any offense from Calza, at least for the moment. Calza has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Castro is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Castro pulls Calza in close to prevent any damage. Castro is trying to keep Calza in close.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Despite being in the dominant position, Fidel Castro just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Castro shoots in for a double leg but Calza sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. All Calza has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fidel Castro. A head kick by Calza misses and Castro counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Calza! Castro trying to control but Calza is having none of it. Castro forces the positional change into back control. You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Will Castro go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
And that's the end of the fight! Fidel Castro comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Castro winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
