A telegraphed takedown attempt from Templeton is defended easily by Simpson.
Levi Templeton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Templeton fails in his attempt to clinch.
Templeton shoots in and bounces Simpson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Simpson is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Templeton dives into side control.
Templeton has hold of Simpson's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Simpson seems comfortable defending it but Templeton has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Simpson is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Simpson is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Templeton couldn't care less - he's delighted!
