The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McKormac changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. sapp looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
McKormac sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but sapp is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
sapp is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked McKormac off and has taken his back!
sapp has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for McKormac! Can he survive? No! He's out! sapp gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
