Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Coby Castro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Bauer! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bauer pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Castro looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Bauer closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Castro did well to prevent Bauer getting side control. Bauer working over Castro with some ground and pound. Castro looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Castro has hold of Bauer's hands but Bauer slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Bauer looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Bauer is nestled in close to Castro, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Castro keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Castro regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Bauer. Castro is looking for a triangle but Bauer pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Castro preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Bauer chips away with some ground and pound.

Castro takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bauer works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Castro taking punishment in the form of punches.
The ground and pound from Bauer seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Bauer throws a strike aimed at the side of Castro's head but Castro avoids it well. That's one minute gone in the round. Castro is just content to waste time from the top position. Bauer takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Castro stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bauer swivels though and keeps the full guard.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Castro misses with a takedown attempt and Bauer counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Bauer connects with a couple of short punches. Bauer wants to pass the guard but Castro is keeping the position. Bauer is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bauer got a little sloppy there for a moment and Castro has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bauer has managed to get both his arms back between Castro's legs - danger averted. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bauer in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Bauer throws and elbow that misses. Castro uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bauer's guard. Nice move by Castro! Bauer wants to get back to his feet but Castro passes into half guard.
Jack Bauer has got the better of the ground game so far. Castro is trying to work for a kimura but Bauer is defending well.

Jack Bauer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Bauer loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Castro scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Bauer land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Bauer stands and salutes the crowd.
