Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lock Bresner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Colin Gray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lock Bresner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Colin Gray! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bresner feints and as Gray raises his hands in defense, Bresner changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Bresner wants to control from the top but Gray keeps moving. Gray not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Gray looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bresner is one step ahead there. Bresner trying to control but Gray is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bresner sitting in guard here, content to control. Gray keeping full guard, as Bresner tries to pass.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bresner trying to control the position from guard on top but Gray is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gray is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bresner is aware though and is defending well.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Gray with a lazy takedown attempt and Bresner counters with a nice double leg into guard. Gray keeping moving, preventing Bresner from controlling successfully. Bresner content to stall in guard here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Gray can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bresner controls the pace. Gray has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Bresner has passed into side control.
Gray is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Gray looks gassed! Gray tries to roll over but Bresner keeps him under control. Bresner seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Bresner seems to be working for a kimura but Gray defends the submission attempt. Bresner lands with a punch from half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gray is not content to let Bresner control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lock Bresner dominated that round. That's time! Bresner's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Bresner shoots and misses and Gray counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bresner won't be happy with that. You can see the frustration on Bresner's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Bresner is looking for a sweep. Bresner struggling a bit here. Gray is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bresner has escaped the position, nice work there. Bresner is looking to regain half guard here but Gray keeps moving and retains side control. Bresner is working hard here to advance position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Bresner shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Gray decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Bresner's guard. Gray wants to control from the top but Bresner keeps moving. Gray must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Bresner pulls Gray in to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Gray stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bresner swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bresner is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Bresner seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gray does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Colin Gray showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Bresner looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Gray is looking for a sweep. Bresner is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Bresner is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Bresner in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Gray tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Bresner!
