Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Incredible Hulk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tone Cross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tone Cross will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Bruno Lombardi and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cross slips under a jab.
Hulk fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Hulk swings for the body but Cross moves out of range.
Hulk fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cross manages to avoid it.
Hulk shoots in for a takedown but Cross shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Hulk scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Cross is trying to stand up here but Hulk is controlling him well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hulk is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Cross throws a hook but Hulk avoids it easily.

Hulk swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Cross scores with a one two! Hulk had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Incredible Hulk has been cut.
Incredible Hulk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cross lands a head shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The fighters circle momentarily. Cross darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Hulk lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hulk tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cross was well out of range. Poor timing from Hulk.

Cross bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Hulk shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cross but Cross pushes him off and we're back to square one.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Cross connects with a single shot there.
Cross lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Hulk throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Cross was covering up waiting for the punch and Hulk finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Hulk has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Cross wants to stand and escape but Hulk is having none of it.

Hulk shoots in looking for a takedown. Cross tries to sprawl out of it but Hulk keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Cross manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Cross displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hulk throws out the jab.
Cross throws a looping overhand right but Hulk ducks down to avoid it.

Hulk dives in and grabs Cross's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cross pushes down on Hulk's head and hops out.

Tone Cross showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The cut man is working on Incredible Hulk's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

You get the feeling that Cross really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Hulk sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
The referee warns Cross that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Cross is squirming around, avoiding Hulk's attempts to control the action.

Cross somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet!

Cross might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Tone Cross comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Cross has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
