The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rock swats away the attempt to clinch by Denton.
Denton lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rock circles away quickly and effectively.

Rock closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Rock has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Denton grinds an elbow into Rock's temple.
Rock manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Rock is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Denton's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Denton's back!

Rock is cranking Denton's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Denton! He's tightened the choke and Denton is tapping out!
