Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Valeri Chadov and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Slice.
Fornaroli gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Slice looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Fornaroli is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Fornaroli tries to kick Slice off but Slice keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Slice content to control rather than advance.

Slice decides to stand and escape the position.

Slice shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fornaroli as he jumps to the side.
Fornaroli throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Slice could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Slice shoots in for a takedown but Fornaroli shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Good leg kick by Slice there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Slice cracks a nice hook into Fornaroli's ribs.

Slice scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Fornaroli seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Slice does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

and Slice counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Fornaroli is pressing down on Slice's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Fornaroli is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Slice has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Fornaroli is working away from the top position though.
Fornaroli is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Slice defends it well.
Kinbo Slice overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Slice tries to kick Fornaroli off but Fornaroli keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Fornaroli slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Slice manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Slice tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fornaroli swivels and escapes.

Fornaroli closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Slice to the mat! Slice manages to get full guard.

I would just about give that final round to Enzo Fornaroli.
I think Slice has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
