Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between cassius clay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stan Guyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). clay comes into the arena with Face the pain blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
clay moves in looking to clinch but Guyer pushes him off.
clay connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
clay circles away from the clinch attempt.
Guyer scores with the left hand. clay knows he should have avoided that one.
Guyer lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as clay backs up against the cage.
clay doesn't manage to clinch there - Guyer circles away.
clay tries to close the distance and clinch up but Guyer swats him away and circles back towards the center.
clay swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Guyer misses with a kick to the body.
clay throws a combination that misses
and Guyer counters with a left and a right that hurts clay! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Guyer jumps into full mount!
clay is rocked!
clay is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Guyer controlling his opponent.
Oh clay is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
I looks like Guyer might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
clay seems to have got his legs back now.

Guyer stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Danga de danga de dang - Guyer scores with a four punch combination!
Guyer throws a right and a left that both miss.
Guyer will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
clay takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
clay takes the fight into the clinch.
clay breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Guyer fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with clay, pushing him back against the cage.
Guyer wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but clay has him pressed against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Guyer is looking to break free of the clinch but clay has double underhooks.
clay keeps control of Guyer as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Guyer can't break the clinch.
clay breaks from the clinch.
clay throws a combination that misses
enabling Guyer to counter with a crisp jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
clay takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
cassius clay is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
clay throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Guyer misses with a body kick.
Guyer stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Guyer tries to close the distance and clinch up but clay swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Guyer takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Guyer throws a push kick but clay slaps the foot to one side.
Guyer looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Guyer instigates a clinch.
Guyer wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
clay lands a body punch in the clinch.
clay manages to break the clinch.
Guyer fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with clay, pushing him back against the cage.
Guyer is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
clay prevents Guyer from breaking the clinch.
Guyer wants to get back to striking at distance but clay won't allow it.

No joy there for Guyer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and clay counters with a big head kick but Guyer shrugs it off.
clay is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Guyer.
clay misses with a double jab
and Guyer counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends clay down! Guyer is looking to finish but clay is intelligently defending himself.

clay seems to have got his legs back now.
clay seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Guyer shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! clay is backing up but Guyer catches him with a final right hook that drops him! clay covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Guyer Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stan Guyer!
