Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Uolevi Gepardi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kato Munechika (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Munechika has chosen Requiem for a Dream as his entrance music. Kato Munechika has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Uolevi Gepardi's chin.

Gepardi throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Munechika.
Gepardi stalks Munechika and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Munechika's face. Munechika staggers backwards, shaken.

That was a close round but I would say that Uolevi Gepardi will probably get the nod.

Munechika leaves Gepardi with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Munechika lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Gepardi has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Gepardi and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
