Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Jonson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zeburdiah Zappatista (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Jonson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Disturbed - The Animal. Don Jonson could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Zeburdiah Zappatista's chin.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Don Jonson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Zeburdiah Zappatista! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jonson scores with a nice right hand.
Zappatista lands with a thumping leg kick.
Jonson thows a body shot but no joy. Zappatista lands a nice looking kick to the body. Jonson takes a step back to recover. Zappatista looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Zappatista has taken the fight to the clinch.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Zappatista accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Zappatista won't allow Jonson to sweep him here. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jonson is on top in guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Zappatista fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Jonson. Jonson sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Zappatista lands a head kick. Jonson smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Zappatista feints and then cracks Jonson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Jonson down. Jonson takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. A good leg kick by Zappatista. Zappatista lands a high kick!

Jonson will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body. Zappatista feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Well, with Zappatista on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Jonson is tapping out... Can he escape the position? Zappatista is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Zappatista gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Zappatista gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Zappatista apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Zeburdiah Zappatista showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Jonson is looking to defend but Zappatista has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Jonson! Zappatista pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Jonson taps out and this one is all over!
