Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between master kay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mister Pink (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pink is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Mitsa. Mister Pink is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, master kay!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 24 - 1, fighting out of London, Mister Pink!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
kay lands with a slapping head kick.
Pink tries to clinch up.
kay changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pink tries to avoid it but kay manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pink to the ground. Pink escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
kay stuffs the takedown.
kay works over Pink's head and body with a nice combination.
Pink gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and kay counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by kay.
kay turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and kay manages to end up in side control.
Pink is not content to let kay control the position.
The referee asks kay politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. kay prefers to stall for the moment though.
Pink defending against the ground and pound.

Pink pushes kay away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, kay gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
kay is staying tight to Pink's torso, preventing him from escaping.
kay is looking to take a break and control but Pink is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
kay taking a breather here.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
kay thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
kay is looking to take a break and control but Pink is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
kay happy to just control the position for now.

Pink is not content to let kay control the position.
The referee stands the fighters back up. master kay just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Pink avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Pink fails with the takedown
and kay counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
master kay has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mister Pink.
kay shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Pink manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

kay really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Pink manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. kay manages to get himself to full guard.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Pink wants to pass the guard but kay is keeping the position.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as kay holds on and takes a little breather.

Pink manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Pink looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for kay!
kay is wriggling around trying to escape.

kay is looking for a sweep. Pink is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Pink seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Pink wants to free his trapped foot but kay is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Pink lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Pink lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Pink prevents kay from getting the reversal.
Pink really doesn't want to stay on the ground with kay. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Pink landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
kay is trying to stand up here but Pink is controlling him well.

kay gets full guard.
kay will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
kay escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Pink gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Pink wants to control from the top but kay keeps moving.
Pink looking to sit in guard and control but kay gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mister Pink showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Pink gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

kay won't allow Pink to sweep him here.
Pink keeping moving, preventing kay from controlling successfully.
kay is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Pink is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

kay throws a strike but Pink rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Mister Pink has got the better of the ground game so far.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Pink in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Pink dives in and grabs kay's left leg, looking for a takedown. kay pushes down on Pink's head and hops out.
kay moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
No luck with that takedown attempt from kay.
kay looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
master kay is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Pink shoots and misses
and kay counters with a nice double leg into guard.
kay stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pink swivels though and keeps the full guard.
kay won't allow Pink to get back to his feet.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as kay accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
kay postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
kay rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pink moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
kay takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Pink dives in and grabs kay's left leg, looking for a takedown. kay pushes down on Pink's head and hops out.
master kay has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mister Pink.

master kay showed his dominance in that final round.
Well kay has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
