Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jepoy Saraba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jepoy Saraba! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tyson Hill! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.

Saraba shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Saraba showed some decent athleticism there. Saraba trying to control the pace. Saraba seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Hill for as long as he can get away with. Hill is looking to improve his position.
Saraba wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hill keeps working. Saraba wants to stand up but Hill is controlling the position.

Hill looking for a kimura from the bottom but Saraba passes into side control! Hill is trying to improve his position. Saraba misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Saraba scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Hill to see if he's OK. Saraba takes a little break here. Hill wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Saraba is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Hill has escaped the position, nice work there. Hill is trying to improve his position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hill is trying to control Saraba's posture but Saraba avoids it. Hill is looking for a sweep. Hill can't do much from the bottom here. Hill is trying to improve his position. You can see the frustration on Hill's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Saraba scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Hill is trying to improve his position. Saraba wants to control but Hill is keeping him busy. You can see the frustration on Hill's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Saraba wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hill, who protects the arm well. Saraba is breathing heavily. Hill tries to buck Saraba off but Saraba is having none of it.

Saraba fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hill sprawls well initially but Saraba persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Hill gets full guard. Saraba trying to control the position from guard on top but Hill is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Saraba pushing down on Hill's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Saraba trying to control the pace. Saraba seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hill does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Well, if Saraba is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jepoy Saraba dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Saraba throws a series of punches but Hill moves out of range.
Saraba scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Saraba decides to stand back up. Saraba steps back and let's Hill get back to his feet.
Saraba closes the distance and clinches.
Saraba breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Saraba looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hill looking for submissions off his back. Hill on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Saraba wants to work for an arm triangle but Hill is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Hill wants to improve his position but Saraba is controlling well.

Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Saraba landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Hill is trying to stand.

Saraba throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Hill doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Saraba decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Hill's guard. Hill trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Hill keeping full guard, as Saraba tries to pass.

Saraba stands up and beckons Hill to his feet. Hill thows a leg kick but Saraba checks it
and Saraba counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Saraba. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Saraba wants to control from the top but Hill keeps moving.

Saraba trying to control the position from guard on top but Hill is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hill is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Saraba thows a big elbow that misses. Hill wants to hit a switch here but Saraba passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Hill there! The referee warns Hill that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Hill throwing hammer fists to the chest of Saraba. What's that going to do exactly? Saraba wants to control the pace but Hill is squirming around nicely.
Saraba working for a guillotine from mount but Hill is in no mood to give up. Hill really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hill tries to improve his position but instead Saraba has taken his back! Hill is really stuck here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jepoy Saraba dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Hill swats away the attempt to clinch by Saraba. Saraba ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Hill swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Saraba counters with a shoot takedown. Hill fights it but they end up in guard. Hill is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Saraba has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Hill controls Saraba momentarily but Saraba frees himself.
Saraba avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Hill is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Saraba has his hands clasped together but Hill extends an breaks Saraba's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Hill.
