Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jepoy Saraba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Saraba shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Saraba showed some decent athleticism there.

Saraba seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Hill for as long as he can get away with.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hill on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Saraba wants to work for an arm triangle but Hill is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Hill wants to improve his position but Saraba is controlling well.

Saraba is taking a breather. Hill says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Saraba wants to control from the top but Hill keeps moving.

Saraba is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Hill swats away the attempt to clinch by Saraba.
Saraba ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Hill swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Saraba counters with a shoot takedown. Hill fights it but they end up in guard.
Hill is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Saraba has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
