Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Olivier Carnot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Olivier Carnot has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Olivier Carnot! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Frank Harris! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Paulo Santos and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harris uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Carnot. Carnot shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Carnot showed some decent athleticism there. Carnot seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Harris is looking for a sweep. Carnot is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Harris trying to control from the bottom.
The fighters are battling for position here. Harris manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Harris is trying to keep Carnot in close.
Carnot has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Harris is proving hard to escape from.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Harris gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Carnot counters by clinching up. Carnot breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Carnot has managed to clinch.
Carnot breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Carnot tries to bum rush Harris with a series of wild strikes but Harris uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Carnot rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Harris moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Harris shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Carnot manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Carnot avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Carnot keeping moving, preventing Harris from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harris won't allow Carnot to get back to his feet. Harris in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Harris wants to pass the guard but Carnot is keeping the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Harris throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Carnot is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Harris is controlling him.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Harris scores with a takedown into Carnot's guard. Carnot is breathing heavily. Harris gets to his feet. Carnot looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carnot wants to clinch up but Harris keeps it at a distance. Carnot is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Olivier Carnot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Carnot misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Harris shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Carnot napping and manages to drive through into side control! Carnot gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Harris throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Carnot because Harris loaded up on that one. Harris content just to control the position here. Carnot might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Harris tries to control but Carnot wriggling away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Harris with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
You get the feeling that Carnot really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Harris controlling from mount. Harris wants to control the pace but Carnot is squirming around nicely. Harris looking to isolate an arm here. Carnot doesn't see it coming and as Harris extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Harris!
