Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Marcus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clincher Tradition (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Jon Marcus has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jon Marcus seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tradition lands a head kick. Marcus smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Jon Marcus has been cut.
Jon Marcus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Marcus swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
No luck for Tradition with that takedown attempt.
Marcus throws a nice looking combination but Tradition bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Marcus lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tradition circles away quickly and effectively.

Tradition has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Marcus is proving hard to escape from.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Tradition throwing shots but Marcus is blocking nicely.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Tradition throws a head kick that Marcus semi-blocks.
Marcus swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tradition rushes Marcus and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Marcus misses with some punches.
Tradition changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Marcus fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Tradition shoots in but Marcus avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Marcus swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Marcus lands a two punch combo.
Marcus stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Tradition.
Tradition wants to clinch but Marcus slips to the side
and Marcus counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Marcus lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Marcus stops Tradition from getting back to his feet.

Tradition is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Marcus's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Marcus's back!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Tradition is looking for the choke from the back position but Marcus is controlling his hands well.

Tradition trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Tradition thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Will Tradition go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Tradition might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Marcus kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Tradition is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Tradition has managed to slip his arm under Marcus's chin. This could be all over... yep, Marcus is tapping out! Submission win for Tradition.
