Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Justin Flow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and brandon massie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). brandon massie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Justin Flow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Flow there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
massie looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Flow tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but massie paws at him with a jab and circles away.
massie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Flow tries to avoid it but massie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Flow to the ground. Flow escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
massie scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Flow tries to buck massie off but massie is having none of it.

Flow is rocked!

Oh Flow is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
massie lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Flow down.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Flow gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Flow is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
massie throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Flow might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Flow is positioning himself well to prevent massie advancing to mount.
Flow is looking to control massie's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Flow avoid being mounted?
Flow has one foot on massie's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Flow seems to have got his legs back now.

massie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Justin Flow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of brandon massie.
Flow shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Flow is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Flow slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

Flow has his foot on massie's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. massie works his way back into a safe position though.
Flow had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. massie is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Flow Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take massie's back instead.

massie turns into Flow and is now in his guard.
Flow trying to keep a closed guard but massie is proving a slippery customer.
massie is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Flow manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
BOOM! Flow connects with a massive shot to the dome!

massie tries to improve his position but instead Flow has taken his back!
massie tries to escape but Flow has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Will Flow go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

Flow looking to hit a scissor sweep but massie is one step ahead there.
massie loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Flow is tying to control. massie wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Flow prevents massie from improving his position.
Flow is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Flow throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! massie has his hands clasped together but Flow breaks the hold and massie is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Flow!
