The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roughneck misses the shot to the body.
Roughneck throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Winterchill moves into the clinch.
Winterchill jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Roughneck walks away with a smile on his face. Winterchill gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Winterchill throws a head kick but Roughneck moves out of range.
Winterchill lands with a kick to the temple. Roughneck shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Roughneck forces Winterchill back against the cage and clinches.

Winterchill shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Roughneck as he avoids it easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Winterchill throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Roughneck's waist but Roughneck gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Winterchill off to one side.
Roughneck lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Winterchill has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Roughneck avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Roughneck circles away from the clinch attempt.
Winterchill plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Winterchill closes the distance and clinches up with Roughneck, looking for a takedown. Winterchill pushes Roughneck against the cage but Roughneck circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Roughneck tries to close the distance and clinch up but Winterchill swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Winterchill comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Winterchill ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Winterchill no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Roughneck content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Winterchill has locked up a guillotine! Winterchill's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Roughneck is holding on here and Winterchill must be using up a lot of energy. Roughneck has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Winterchill gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
