Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Romuald Kalfas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Moose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Romuald Kalfas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marcus Moose! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kalfas fails with an attempt to clinch.
Moose drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Kalfas keeping moving, preventing Moose from controlling successfully. Moose is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Kalfas had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Moose defends it easily. Kalfas is breathing heavily. Moose controlling from the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moose tries to free his leg and advance position but Kalfas is retaining full guard. Moose sitting in guard, not really doing much. Moose wants to control from the top but Kalfas keeps moving. Kalfas wants to sweep here but Moose controlling him for the moment. Moose must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Moose gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Moose cracks Kalfas with a right hand to the side of the head. Moose forces Kalfas back against the cage and clinches. Kalfas wants to break the clinch but can't.
Kalfas is trying to break free. Moose dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Moose looking for a takedown. Kalfas tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Moose gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Kalfas is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Kalfas is looking to stand up but Moose isn't so interested in that idea.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moose passes Kalfas's left leg - he's now in half guard. Moose looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Kalfas is looking to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Moose is pressing down on Kalfas's thigh, looking to free his foot. Kalfas is holding on for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kalfas wants to improve his position but Moose is controlling well.
Moose trying to pass the guard but Kalfas defending well. Kalfas wants to get back to full guard but Moose has mounted him! Kalfas wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marcus Moose dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Moose stalks Kalfas and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kalfas's face. Kalfas staggers backwards, shaken. Moose shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Moose showed some decent athleticism there. Moose working Kalfas over with strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moose with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Kalfas looking for submissions off his back. Kalfas is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moose is trying to control. Kalfas wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Kalfas tries to get to full guard but Moose has control of the leg.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Kalfas on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Moose. Moose obviously looking to wear him down.
Moose tries to clinch but Kalfas is having none of it. Romuald Kalfas is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Moose tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kalfas swivels and escapes. Kalfas lands a right hook to the body.
Moose shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kalfas manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Kalfas looking for subs off his back but Moose has passed one foot through into half guard.
Kalfas is trying to stand up here but Moose is controlling him well. Moose is looking to take a break and control but Kalfas is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kalfas tries to kick Moose off but Moose keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Moose is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Kalfas is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Moose cracks Kalfas with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Moose takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Moose tries to control but Kalfas wriggling away. Kalfas keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Moose working the ground and pound effectively.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kalfas working to try and regain half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marcus Moose showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Moose thuds a left hand into Kalfas's body. Moose fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kalfas, pushing him back against the cage. Kalfas scores with a hook to the body. Kalfas can't break the clinch.
Moose gets control of Kalfas's arms and successfully pulls guard. Moose will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Moose keeping moving, preventing Kalfas from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kalfas preventing the sweep. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Kalfas throwing strikes from guard but Moose blocks nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Moose is on top in guard.
Moose is standing up over Kalfas. Kalfas looks to escape but Moose dives into side control.
Moose trying to control the action but Kalfas is working from the bottom. Kalfas is looking to reverse the position. Kalfas being controlled for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Moose is working Kalfas over with some ground and pound from side control. Moose is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kalfas knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Kalfas is not content to let Moose control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moose tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Moose has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Moose content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Kalfas struggling a bit here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Moose goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Kalfas has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Moose but great work by Kalfas. Moose struggling a bit here. Moose regains half guard. Moose makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! A head kick misses from Moose. Kalfas throws a combination that misses and Moose counters with a good low kick that Kalfas was not able to check. Romuald Kalfas has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Marcus Moose is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Moose looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Marcus Moose comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Moose has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
