Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Renato Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toby Chapelle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alves comes to the cage accompanied by Ultimate Victory. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
15 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Renato Alves!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
14 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Toby Chapelle!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Emerson Jorge and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Chapelle doesn't seem bothered though.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Chapelle.
Alves walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Chapelle checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Alves dives in and grabs Chapelle's left leg, looking for a takedown. Chapelle pushes down on Alves's head and hops out.
Chapelle connects with a looping right hand.
Chapelle tests Alves's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Alves has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Chapelle finds it's way round the side to connect with Alves's head.
Alves shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Alves misses with a two punch combination.
Chapelle misses with a double jab
and Alves counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Alves misses with a body shot.
Alves sizes up Chapelle with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
An inside leg kick lands from Chapelle.
Alves goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Alves fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Chapelle avoids it really well and circles away.
Chapelle throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Alves on the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Alves throws a chopping leg kick but Chapelle manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Chapelle moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
A punch combination from Chapelle misses.
Chapelle misses with a wild combination.
Chapelle misses with a body shot.
Chapelle throws a hook but Alves blocks it.
Chapelle has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Alves shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Chapelle avoids a series of strikes thrown by Alves.
Alves throwing strikes here but Chapelle is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Alves throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Chapelle has his hands clasped together but Alves breaks the hold and Chapelle is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Alves!
