The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice slaps away a takedown attempt from Latrell, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Latrell shoots for a double leg takedown but Slice sprawls well. He's pushed Latrell's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Latrell tries to close the distance and clinch up but Slice swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Latrell shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Slice is trying to defend but Latrell finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Latrell throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Latrell missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Slice wants to control but Latrell is keeping busy.
Slice really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Latrell. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Latrell seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Slice is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
