The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cornell tries to clinch but Lime is having none of it.
Lime swats away the attempt to clinch by Cornell.
Lime scores with a shot to the body.
Lime blocks a leg kick.
A big left from Cornell misses.
Cornell tries to clinch but Lime moves out of range.
Lime lands an overhand right.
Lime connects with a single shot there.
Cornell fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Cornell misses with a body kick.
Cornell shoots in looking for a takedown. Lime tries to sprawl out of it but Cornell keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lime manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Lime avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Cornell looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
The fighters circling - Lime throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Cornell throws the kick towards the body but Lime avoids it.
Lime keeps the fight on the outside.

Cornell is trying to control Lime's posture but Lime avoids it.
Lime lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Cornell pushes Lime away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Lime gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lime misses with the ground and pound.
Lime creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Lime has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Lime has hold of Cornell's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Cornell tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Lime cranks the arm and Cornell screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Cornell, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
