Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Troy Downey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Solomon Carver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carver has chosen Tupac - Ambitionz Az a Ridah as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carver avoids a kick to the body.
Downey throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Carver.
A big right from Carver misses.
Downey fails in his attempt to clinch.
Carver throws a hook but Downey blocks it.
Carver throws a hook but Downey avoids it easily.
Carver misses with a looping right.
Downey takes one on the button.
Carver lands a nice shot that snaps Downey's head back.
The crowd cheers as Carver lands an impressive looking overhand right. Downey doesn't seem phased though.

Downey throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Carver drops Downey with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Downey! Carver dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
