The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Hirohito Nitta and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Dragon throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Sasaki shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. The Dragon defends it nicely.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Sasaki sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Sasaki throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. The Dragon was covering up waiting for the punch and Sasaki finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The Dragon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sasaki on the ground.
Sasaki wants to stand but The Dragon is controlling his posture from full guard.
And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Ryusuke Sasaki.
I think The Dragon has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
