Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nuuty Bronson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rhiver Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rhiver Perez will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Nuuty Bronson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Rhiver Perez! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Daniel Bishop and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Perez closes the distance and clinches. Bronson is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Perez pulls him back up using the underhooks. Perez fails to pull guard.
Perez tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Perez pulls guard successfully.
Perez is controlling Bronson's posture. Bronson preventing the sweep. Perez trying to control the position.
Perez looking to control but Bronson passes into half guard.
Perez has his hands clasped together around Bronson's back. He's all about the action. Bronson is figuring out what he wants to do next. Perez wants to get back to full guard. Perez is trying to maintain the position but Bronson is very close to passing his half guard. Bronson trying to control the action but Perez is working from the bottom. Bronson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bronson thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Perez wants to improve his position but Bronson is controlling well.
Perez has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bronson is working away from the top position though.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Bronson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Perez swivels and escapes. Perez looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bronson is fending him off so far but Perez persists. Nope, Bronson circles away and we're back to standing. Nuuty Bronson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rhiver Perez. Jab from Bronson. Perez should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Perez is looking to clinch but Bronson is avoiding it.
Bronson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Bronson lands a glancing blow to the side of Perez's head. Perez tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Perez shoots in for a takedown but Bronson shows good takedown defense. Perez closes the distance and clinches. Bronson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Bronson darts in and clinches Perez up against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Perez is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Bronson pulls him back up using the underhooks. Perez looks gassed! Bronson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Perez has his takedown stuffed and Bronson counters with a two punch combo. Perez misses with a takedown attempt and Bronson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Perez won't be happy with that. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bronson tries to score with some ground and pound. Perez controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Perez dodges the ground and pound from Bronson. Bronson working the head and body with strikes. Perez wants to control but Bronson postures up. Bronson slows the pace down. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bronson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Perez knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Perez is not content to let Bronson control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Perez tries to improve position but can't.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Bronson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Perez struggling a bit here. Perez being controlled for a moment. Perez is looking for a sweep.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Perez is not content to let Bronson control the position. Perez is looking for a sweep. Bronson throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Bronson remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Bronson lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Perez down.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Perez misses with a takedown attempt and Bronson counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Bronson breaks the clinch.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bronson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Perez trying to hold on to Bronson's head to control him but Bronson postures up.

Nuuty Bronson dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Bronson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Perez trying to control from the bottom.

Bronson seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Perez pushes Bronson off looking to stand but Bronson dives back in and keeps control.
Perez is trying to maintain the position but Bronson is very close to passing his half guard. Bronson seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Perez has his hands clasped together around Bronson's back. He's all about the action. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bronson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Perez doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bronson. Perez is trying is best to control the position here. Perez trying to control from the bottom.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Perez tries for a takedown but Bronson circles away easily and Bronson counters with a two punch combo. Perez misses with a takedown attempt and Bronson counters by moving into the clinch. Bronson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Perez has his takedown stuffed and Bronson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Nuuty Bronson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rhiver Perez. Bronson is pressed up against the cage. Perez has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Bronson down to the mat. Bronson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Bronson is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Nice takedown defense from Perez. No joy for Bronson on that attempt. Perez closes the distance but Bronson moves to the side and Bronson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Bronson has closed the distance and engaged Perez in a clinch.

Bronson fails with the takedown and Perez counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Perez is looking to work some ground and pound but Bronson has wrist control. Perez working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bronson is on top in guard.
Perez not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Perez is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Perez trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Perez is striking but Bronson is not phased and passes to half guard. Perez wants to control but Bronson is keeping busy and won't allow it. Perez tries to roll over but Bronson keeps him under control. That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Bronson working away.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Horrible takedown by Bronson or perhaps it was just good defense by Perez which made him look bad. Perez falls off balance throwing a combination
and Bronson counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Bronson decides to stand up. Rhiver Perez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Perez with a poor takedown and Bronson counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Bronson. Bronson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Bronson wants to control from the top but Perez keeps moving. Bronson controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Perez wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Perez closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bronson circles away. Perez doesn't succeed with the takedown and Bronson counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Perez's guard now. Perez being controlled here, momentarily. Perez looking for a sweep. Not yet Perez, not yet. Perez is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Bronson trying to control the position from guard on top but Perez is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Perez looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Perez has a closed guard, preventing Bronson from standing up. Perez being controlled here, momentarily. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bronson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Perez is keeping the position for now.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Perez shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Bronson counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Nuuty Bronson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rhiver Perez. Bronson looking to pass the guard. Perez is trying to control the position but Bronson postures up. Perez might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Bronson kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bronson throwing strikes from guard but Perez blocks nicely. Perez controls Bronson momentarily but Bronson frees himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bronson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Bronson postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Bronson shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Bronson is keen to just control but Perez is a slippery customer. Perez wants to control but Bronson is keeping busy and won't allow it. Nuuty Bronson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Bronson wants to stand but Perez has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Perez makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Perez.

Bronson wants to pass the guard but Perez is keeping the position. Perez controls Bronson momentarily but Bronson frees himself. Perez wants to stand up but Bronson is controlling him.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Perez shoots in but Bronson avoids the takedown attempt easily. Bronson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Bronson wants to free his trapped foot but Perez is holding on for dear life with his legs. Rhiver Perez has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bronson takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Perez is controlling Bronson's trapped leg to prevent Bronson from advancing to side control. Perez is looking to control Bronson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Perez avoid being mounted? Perez won't allow Bronson to pass to mount. Perez looks like he's trying to stand up.

Perez is trying to stand up here but Bronson is controlling him well. Nuuty Bronson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Perez will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

And that's the end of the fight! Nuuty Bronson showed his dominance in that final round. Well Bronson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
