Rogers comes to the cage accompanied by Ted Nugent's Stranglehold. cid karl looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rogers.

Rogers gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows karl to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Rogers looking for a guillotine here but karl defends easily.
karl won't allow Rogers to sweep him here.
karl wants to control from the top but Rogers keeps moving.

Rogers had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. karl defends it easily.

karl is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

karl throws a big right hand that misses.
karl landing some decent shots from guard.

Rogers has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think karl should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Rogers has tightened it up now! karl should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
