Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Strange (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Petra Vickovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vickovic comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Slayer - Angel of death kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vickovic tries to clinch up but Strange circles away and keeps his distance.
Nice sprawl there from Strange as Vickovic shoots in.
Vickovic fails with a takedown attempt.
Strange scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Strange avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Strange scores a takedown into full mount!
Strange sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Vickovic is looking to get to half guard.

Strange is looking to work his way around to Vickovic's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Strange tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Vickovic bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Strange working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Vickovic doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Vickovic manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Strange escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Vickovic gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Vickovic lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Strange utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Strange manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Tommy Strange has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Petra Vickovic.
Strange is breathing heavily.

Strange is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Vickovic is looking to improve his position.
Vickovic is not content to let Strange control the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Strange circles away from the clinch attempt.
Strange tries a head kick but it misses.
Vickovic tries to clinch up
and Strange counters with a nice double leg into side control. Vickovic won't be happy with that.
Vickovic sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Vickovic is staying active underneath Strange, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Vickovic scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Strange manages to mount him!
Vickovic is breathing heavily.
Strange trying to control but Vickovic is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vickovic is wriggling around trying to escape.
Strange scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Strange wants to finish this one by submission but Vickovic is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Strange.

Strange takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Tommy Strange just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Strange tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Strange avoids the head kick by Vickovic.
Strange gets a clinch.
Strange lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Strange stops Vickovic from getting back to his feet.

Vickovic is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Tommy Strange dominated that second round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Strange decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Strange perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Strange thows a huge punch but Vickovic dodges it nicely.
Strange stops Vickovic from getting back to his feet.
Strange escapes and gets back to his feet.
Strange gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Vickovic tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Strange just stands there and leans against the cage.
Strange lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Vickovic.
Strange gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Strange works his way into side control.

Vickovic looks to move to half guard but instead Strange has passed into mount! Damn!
Strange sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Vickovic has left one of his arms exposed and Strange doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Vickovic screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
