Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ethan Kent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Tylers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ethan Kent! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tom Tylers! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tylers throws a leg kick but Kent checks it. Tylers throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Tylers pushes Kent up against the cage in a clinch. Tylers breaks the clinch.
Kent misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kent shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tylers defends it nicely. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kent is defended easily by Tylers. Tylers takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Tylers leaves Kent with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ethan Kent. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tylers clinches. Tylers manages to pull guard.
Tylers trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tylers throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Tylers looking for a guillotine here but Kent defends easily.
Kent trying to control but Tylers is working from the bottom. Kent stopping the sweep attempt from Tylers. Kent trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Tylers has his hands on Kent's head, controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Tylers wants to sweep but no luck.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Kent shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tylers defends it nicely. Tylers scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Tylers trying to control the action but Kent is working from the bottom. Tylers landing a few strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tylers decides to take the fight back to the feet. Kent gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Tylers counters with a shoot takedown. Kent fights it but they end up in guard. Kent is breathing heavily. Tylers trying to control but Kent is working from the bottom. Tylers really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kent. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kent being controlled here, momentarily. Kent has Tylers pulled in close to control his posture.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kent trying to control the position.
Tylers is looking to work some ground and pound but Kent has wrist control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kent throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Tylers tries to free his leg and advance position but Kent is retaining full guard. Tylers gets to his feet - Kent follows without any prompting. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tom Tylers dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Kent misses with a takedown attempt and Tylers counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Tylers controlling the pace. Kent is trying to get back to full guard. Tylers sitting and controlling from the half guard. Tylers is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kent is just riding it out for now. Tylers eventually gives up the hold. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kent punching from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kent wants to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tylers looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Tylers throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Kent lands a high kick!
Tylers has closed the distance and engaged Kent in a clinch.
Kent has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Tylers is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Kent throws a punch but it's blocked by Tylers. Kent ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Kent no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Kent has a closed guard, preventing Tylers from standing up. Kent controls Tylers momentarily but Tylers frees himself.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tylers wants to stand and escape but instead Kent has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Tylers looking to control.
Kent slips nicely into half guard. Kent has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Tylers is trying desperately to improve position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Kent unloads with some shots from mount but Tylers bucks and avoids them well.
Kent wants to control the pace but Tylers is squirming around nicely. Kent prevents Tylers from getting the reversal. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tylers avoids a series of strikes thrown by Kent.
Tylers defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Kent. Kent trying to control but he's not successful this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tom Tylers showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Tylers trying to control the position from guard on top but Kent is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tylers won't allow Kent to sweep him here. Kent has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Tylers wants to control from the top but Kent keeps moving. Tylers is looking to work some ground and pound but Kent has wrist control. Tylers must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kent trying to keep a closed guard but Tylers is proving a slippery customer.
Kent has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tylers can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Tylers loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Tylers drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Kent wants to sweep here but Tylers controlling him for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kent keeping moving, preventing Tylers from controlling successfully. Tylers might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kent kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Kent working a defensive guard here.
Kent is looking to stand up but Tylers isn't so interested in that idea.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tylers trying to control the position from guard on top but Kent is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kent not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Tylers scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Kent moves into full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Good leg kick by Kent there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
And that's the end of the fight! Tom Tylers comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Tylers winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
