Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leonard Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janick Ironcrotch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black comes to the cage accompanied by Drowning pool - Bodies. Janick Ironcrotch has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ironcrotch fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Black lands a big head kick that sends Ironcrotch tumbling to the mat! Black takes a step backwards and waves Ironcrotch back to his feet - he wants the finish!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Black looks for the body kick but Ironcrotch saw that one coming.

Ironcrotch closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ironcrotch with the ground and pound but Black uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Ironcrotch drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Black dives on top into guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Black is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Ironcrotch has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Black off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ironcrotch is defended easily by Black.
