Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jarkko Rautavaara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haile Selassie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rautavaara comes to the cage accompanied by Kiss - I Love It Loud. Selassie has chosen Confrontation by Damian Marley as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Viktor Lagutenko and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rautavaara shoots in looking for a takedown. Selassie tries to sprawl out of it but Rautavaara keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Selassie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Rautavaara will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Rautavaara misses with a jab, cross combination.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jarkko Rautavaara. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rautavaara walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rautavaara tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Selassie is able to avoid easily.
Rautavaara displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Selassie throws out the jab.

Rautavaara will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Rautavaara moves in looking to clinch but Selassie pushes him off.

Oh Rautavaara is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Selassie circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Rautavaara to the canvas! Rautavaara doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Selassie keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
