Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Son Wukong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pierre Bienvenueve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bienvenueve has chosen Bounty Killer by Depthcharge as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Son Wukong has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bienvenueve fails in his attempt to clinch.
Bienvenueve throws a series of punches but Wukong moves out of range.
Bienvenueve throws a hook but Wukong blocks it.

Wukong shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Wukong was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Bienvenueve tries to reverse the position but Wukong maintains control.
Poor strikes thrown by Wukong there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Bienvenueve is looking to improve his position but Wukong isn't that keen on the idea.
Wukong fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Bienvenueve holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Wukong tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Wukong throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bienvenueve holds on to Wukong as tight as he can, avoiding damage.

Bienvenueve bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Bienvenueve wanted to stand there but Wukong had control of the position.

Wukong has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bienvenueve can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Bienvenueve won't allow Wukong to sweep him here.

Bienvenueve stands and steps away. Wukong gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Pierre Bienvenueve seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bienvenueve tries to clinch but Wukong is having none of it.
Wukong misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Wukong looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wukong bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Bienvenueve tries to bum rush Wukong with a series of wild strikes but Wukong uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bienvenueve misses with a double jab.
Bienvenueve ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wukong moves away.

Wukong drops Bienvenueve with a left and a right! Oh, Bienvenueve is hurt - Wukong dives into side control looking to finish!

It looks like Pierre Bienvenueve has been cut.
Bienvenueve looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wukong scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Bienvenueve is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Wukong can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
