Sjoblum kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Viikate - Viina & Terva & Hauta. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson leaves Sjoblum with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sjoblum as he jumps to the side.
Sjoblum takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Brad Sjoblum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jackson works over Sjoblum's head and body with a nice combination.

Jackson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sjoblum moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jackson lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Sjoblum moves in looking to clinch but Jackson pushes him off.

Sjoblum tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jackson paws at him with a jab and circles away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Sjoblum looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Jackson stalks Sjoblum and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sjoblum's face. Sjoblum staggers backwards, shaken.
Jackson lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Jackson lands with a hook. Sjoblum tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Jackson lands a head kick. Sjoblum smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Sjoblum is rocked!
Jackson throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Jackson moves in looking to clinch but Sjoblum pushes him off.
Jackson throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Oh Sjoblum is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sjoblum takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Jackson stalks Sjoblum and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sjoblum's face. Sjoblum staggers backwards, shaken.
Jackson connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Sjoblum! He's out on his feet! Jackson rushes in and drops Sjoblum with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jack Jackson!
