Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Colossus Duffee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Duffee has chosen blow me away - breaking benjamin as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Billy Bob! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Colossus Duffee! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bob misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Duffee.
Bob avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Duffee wants to clinch up but Bob keeps it at a distance. Bob moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Bob shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Duffee defends it nicely. Colossus Duffee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Duffee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bob swats him away and circles back towards the center. Bob feints and as Duffee raises his hands in defense, Bob changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Bob pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Duffee is keeping the position for now. Bob throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Bob cracks Duffee with a solid left hand. Bob in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bob accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bob thows a big elbow that misses. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bob throwing strikes from guard but Duffee blocks nicely. Bob slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bob misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Bob will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Bob throwing shots but missing, from side control. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Duffee gets back to half guard. Bob thows a huge punch but Duffee dodges it nicely.
Bob thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Duffee's head. Bob not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Bob missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Ground and pound from Bob. Duffee really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bob. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bob landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Duffee tries to kick Bob off but Bob keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Bob thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Duffee slips under a jab from Bob. Bob throws a jab when Duffee was well out of range. Duffee will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Bob looks to land a right hand but Duffee moved out of range. Duffee looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Duffee throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Duffee is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Duffee uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bob. Duffee misses the jab. Duffee is looking to clinch but Bob is avoiding it.
Duffee misses with a few strikes there.
Duffee blocks a jab. Bob misses with a takedown attempt - Duffee sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Bob fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Bob. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bob shoots and misses and Duffee counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Bob! Bob wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Duffee.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Duffee with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Duffee goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Bob turns into him and now he's in Duffee's guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Duffee can do anything to dispel that myth. Bob trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Duffee is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bob is controlling him. Bob loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Bob postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Bob throwing strikes but missing. Bob with a nice head shot there. Bob advances position into side control! Bob works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Bob lands some shots froms side control. Duffee is looking to regain half guard here but Bob keeps moving and retains side control. Bob lands a few punches from side control. Bob landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Bob scores with a couple of short elbows. Bob landing a few strikes. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bob grinds an elbow into Duffee's temple. Duffee is trying to get back to half guard. Duffee dodges the ground and pound from Bob. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Billy Bob dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Bob fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Duffee manages to avoid it. Bob shoots and misses and Duffee counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Bob working aggressively here.

It looks like Billy Bob has been cut. Duffee displaying some good clinch control by pressing Bob up against the cage. Duffee misses with an elbow over the top. Bob dodges an elbow strike from Duffee.
Bob tries to circle away but Duffee has him pinned against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Duffee tries for a takedown but Bob manages to get underhooks.

Billy Bob's cut is getting worse. Duffee lands an elbow just above Bob 's eye.
Billy Bob's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Duffee lands an elbow inside that Bob shrugs off.
Jeez, Billy Bob's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Billy Bob's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Colossus Duffee!
