Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Filipo Mendoza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and court Mcgee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mendoza comes into the arena with No Good _ The Prodigy blaring out of the sound system. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Filipo Mendoza!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, court Mcgee!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Daniel Bishop and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendoza throws a head kick but Mcgee moves out of range.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mcgee is defended easily by Mendoza.
Mcgee tries for a takedown but Mendoza sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Mcgee closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Mcgee lands in his opponent's guard.
Mendoza avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mcgee stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mendoza swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Mcgee chips away with some ground and pound.
Mcgee trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Mcgee throws and elbow that misses. Mendoza uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Mcgee's guard. Nice move by Mendoza!
Mcgee is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Mendoza defends well.

Mendoza chips away with some ground and pound.

Mendoza landing some decent shots from guard.
Mcgee is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Mendoza loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Mendoza is working Mcgee over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Mendoza is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Mendoza distracts Mcgee with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Mcgee isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Mendoza stacks Mcgee on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Mendoza!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Mendoza wants to control but Mcgee is keeping him busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mcgee tries to buck Mendoza off but Mendoza is having none of it.

Mendoza lands a strong strike to the head of Mcgee. That's dazed him! Mendoza looking to finish here. Mcgee is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Mendoza lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
