Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vaclaw Dirmanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uncle Sam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Uncle Sam!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Skip Squint and Winston Howard.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sam fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Dirmanov avoids it really well and circles away.
Dirmanov stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dirmanov wants it to stay on the feet.

Sam tries to pull guard but Dirmanov holds him up against the cage and eventually Sam drops back down to his feet.

Dirmanov really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sam accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Dirmanov rushes Sam and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Sam has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Dirmanov is trying to keep an underhook but Sam manages to get the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Sam fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Dirmanov sprawls well initially but Sam persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Sam working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Dirmanov turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Sam off and cradles Dirmanov's limp body as Sam celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:01 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Uncle Sam!
