Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Randy Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustavo Araujo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Araujo has chosen Bawitdaba as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Randy Savage!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Gustavo Araujo!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savage moves in looking to clinch but Araujo pushes him off.
Araujo throws a one two combo.
Araujo checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Savage closes this distance looking for a takedown but Araujo circles away.
Araujo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Savage shoots in but Araujo avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Savage misses with a double jab
and Araujo counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Savage thinking.
Araujo with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Araujo lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Nice straight punches there by Araujo. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Araujo.
Savage throws a head kick that misses
and Araujo counters with a nice body kick.
Savage is breathing heavily.
Savage takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Savage takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Savage shoots and misses
and Araujo finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Randy Savage. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Araujo fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Savage, pushing him back against the cage.
Araujo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Savage throws a sloppy head kick
and Araujo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Savage. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Araujo drives through and clinches with Savage against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Araujo scores with a knee to the head.
Araujo unloads a knee to the mid-section. Savage lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Araujo gets underhooks to prevent Savage's takedown attempt.
Araujo crunches a lovely knee into Savage's ribcage.
Araujo breaks from the clinch.
A solid leg kick lands there for Araujo.
Savage stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Araujo.
Araujo throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Savage stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Araujo follows into mount!
Savage is rocked!
Savage is trying desperately to improve position.
Oh Savage is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Araujo is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!

Savage misses with a combination
and Araujo counters with a slapping leg kick.
Savage seems to have got his legs back now.
A head kick by Savage misses
and Araujo counters with a huge head kick that drops Savage! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gustavo Araujo!
