Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Prescott fails with the takedown. Daebak moves into range and clinches up with Prescott. Prescott blocks the elbow strike.
Prescott drops down looking for an ankle pick but Daebak pulls his leg out and moves away.
Daebak tries to land a front kick but Prescott steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Prescott shoots in and drives through. Daebak sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Patrick Prescott. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice sprawl there from Daebak as Prescott shoots in. Prescott is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Daebak's half guard. Prescott seems to be looking for submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prescott slows the pace down in half guard. Daebak has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Prescott is working away from the top position though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Prescott is working for an americana but Daebak has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Prescott was thinking about the submission. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Prescott looking to sit in guard and control but Daebak gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Daebak postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Daebak wants to control from the top but Prescott keeps moving. Daebak is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Prescott lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Daebak! Daebak is trying to stand. Prescott is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Daebak has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Daebak! Daebak content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Daebak loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Daebak tries to free his leg and advance position but Prescott is retaining full guard. Daebak throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Daebak prevents Prescott from getting back to his feet. Prescott is breathing heavily. Prescott pulls Daebak in close to prevent any damage. Daebak working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Prescott has a closed guard, preventing Daebak from standing up. Daebak works over Prescott with some ground and pound from guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Prescott is trying to keep Daebak in close.
Prescott working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Daebak. Daebak won't allow Prescott to sweep him here. Prescott wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Daebak working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Prescott shoots for a takedown but Daebak saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Maki Daebak will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Prescott swats away the attempt to clinch by Daebak. Prescott is trying hard to land a takedown here. Daebak sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. A nice leg kick lands there from Daebak. Prescott tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Daebak swivels and escapes. Daebak lands with a thumping leg kick.
Patrick Prescott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A head kick misses from Daebak. Prescott shoots for a double leg takedown but Daebak sprawls well. He's pushed Prescott's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Patrick Prescott. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prescott fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A thudding body kick lands there by Daebak!
Prescott looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Daebak is fending him off so far but Prescott persists. Nope, Daebak circles away and we're back to standing. Prescott misses with a takedown attempt - Daebak sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Daebak scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Prescott is defended easily by Daebak.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Prescott takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Prescott fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Prescott shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Daebak squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Daebak is wriggling around trying to escape.
Daebak is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Daebak suckers Prescott into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Daebak is now in Prescott's guard!
Prescott avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Prescott has a closed guard, preventing Daebak from standing up. Daebak missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Prescott looking for a sweep. Not yet Prescott, not yet.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Daebak misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Prescott shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Prescott wants to lay and pray for a moment but Daebak keeps working.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Prescott thows a huge punch but Daebak dodges it nicely.
Daebak pushes Prescott off looking to stand but Prescott dives back in and keeps control.
Daebak has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Prescott connects with a nice short shot to Daebak's temple. Prescott stops Daebak from getting back to his feet.
Prescott stalling. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Prescott uses his free foot to push down on Daebak's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Daebak. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Patrick Prescott will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Prescott is trying to control the action in half guard but Daebak is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Prescott takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Prescott working Daebak over with strikes. Prescott trying to control the action but Daebak is working from the bottom. Daebak taking some punishment here, with Prescott in his half guard. Prescott trying to pass the guard but Daebak defending well. Prescott lands strikes from half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Daebak is trying to get back to full guard. Prescott wants to pass to mount but Daebak is defending the position. Prescott moves into full mount! Daebak won't be happy about that! Prescott fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Prescott is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Daebak has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Daebak! Daebak scoring with punches to the head and body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Daebak slips nicely into half guard. Daebak throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Prescott holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Prescott wants to get back to full guard. Daebak is trying to control. Prescott wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Prescott is looking to improve his position.
Daebak trying to mount his opponent but Prescott defends it. Prescott has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Daebak is working away from the top position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Prescott tries to roll over but Daebak keeps him under control.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Daebak scores with a leg kick.
Daebak displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Prescott. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Prescott fails to land the takedown.
And that's the end of the fight! Patrick Prescott showed his dominance in that final round. I think Prescott has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
