The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Krom as he avoids it easily.
Nice sprawl there from Krom as Gracie shoots in.
Ryan Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gracie is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Krom.
Gracie is trying hard to land a takedown here. Krom sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Terry Krom has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Gracie.

Krom uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Krom leaves Gracie with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Krom lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Krom lands a left and a right that send Gracie crashing to the mat, dazed. Krom thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Gracie is rocked!

Krom fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Gracie square on the jaw! Damn, Gracie is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
