Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruce LeeRoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Reid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reid has chosen Rocky's Stronger as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, Steven Brown and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reid dives in and grabs LeeRoy's left leg, looking for a takedown. LeeRoy pushes down on Reid's head and hops out.
Reid has managed to clinch.
LeeRoy trying to control the position but instead, Reid has worked for underhooks and has pushed LeeRoy into the cage.
Reid decides to pull guard.
LeeRoy has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Reid trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Reid has control of LeeRoy's left arm, preventing LeeRoy from doing any damage.
Reid has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes LeeRoy off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Reid shoots in but LeeRoy avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Reid's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
LeeRoy is trying to control the position but Reid postures up.
Reid has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
LeeRoy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Reid avoids it really well and circles away.
Reid feints and as LeeRoy raises his hands in defense, Reid changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Reid looks gassed!

Reid is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
LeeRoy looking to hit a scissor sweep but Reid is one step ahead there.
LeeRoy wants to stand up but Reid is controlling him.

Reid drops back looking for a leg! LeeRoy is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and LeeRoy manages to kick Reid off! Reid jumps back into LeeRoy's guard.

Reid is thwarting LeeRoy's attempts to control the position.

That's time! LeeRoy's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Reid moves into the clinch successfully.
Reid breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Reid has closed the distance and engaged LeeRoy in a clinch.
Reid pulls guard effortlessly.
LeeRoy wants to stand but Reid has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
LeeRoy avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Reid thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
LeeRoy could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

LeeRoyis looking to pass into half guard but Reid pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Reid is in guard.
Reid gets to his feet - LeeRoy follows without any prompting.
LeeRoy tries for a takedown but Reid circles away easily
so Reid counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Reid slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Reid's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Reid pushing down on LeeRoy's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Reid passes to side control.
Reid is trying to get an arm triangle but LeeRoy is defending well.
LeeRoy is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Reid is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Reid tries to control but LeeRoy wriggling away.
LeeRoy is trying desperately to improve position.
Reid scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish LeeRoy?
Reid is in the full mount, landing strikes.
LeeRoy wants to hold on but Reid pushes him away.
Reid lands a heavy elbow.
LeeRoy has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
LeeRoy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Reid on the ground.
Reid has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of LeeRoy's body.

LeeRoy is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Reid looking for the choke but no joy.
Reid controlling well, preventing LeeRoy from escaping the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alex Reid showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

LeeRoy displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Reid.
LeeRoy lands a head kick. Reid smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Reid. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Reid wants to control the pace but LeeRoy is squirming around nicely.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

LeeRoy is desperately trying to improve his position but Reid has a good base and remains in mount.

Alex Reid comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Reid has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
