Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tambir Mahheb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bret Hart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mahheb comes to the cage accompanied by The lapdance is so much better. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tambir Mahheb! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bret Hart! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mahheb throws a head kick that misses. Mahheb gets caught flat footed, as Hart shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Hart trying to control but Mahheb is working from the bottom. Hart slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Hart postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Hart passes Mahheb's left leg - he's now in half guard. Hart winds up and cracks Mahheb with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Hart trying to mount his opponent but Mahheb defends it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hart with the ground and pound but Mahheb uses the opportunity to regain guard. Hart is in close to Mahheb's body, working some short punches and elbows. Hart sitting in guard here, content to control. Hart's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Mahheb is breathing heavily. Mahheb wants to get back to his feet but Hart is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Mahheb avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Hart wants to pass the guard but Mahheb is keeping the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Hart drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Mahheb manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Hart has Mahheb in his guard. Mahheb has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Hart has control of Mahheb's left arm, preventing Mahheb from doing any damage. Hart throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Hart cracks Mahheb with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Hart has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hart is landing with some decent strikes but Mahheb is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hart postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Mahheb looks a forlorn figure.
Hart content just to control the position here. Hart tries to control but Mahheb wriggling away. Hart unloads with some shots from mount but Mahheb bucks and avoids them well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Hart lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Mahheb hang on? Hart takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. BOOM! Hart connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Hart goes for an armbar but Mahheb turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Mahheb. Hart is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Hart is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bret Hart dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Mahheb scores with a sloppy right hand. Hart should have avoided that one. Mahheb gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Hart trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Hart content to stall in guard here. Hart working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Mahheb avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Mahheb utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hart controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Hart wants to control from the top but Mahheb keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hart is looking to work some ground and pound but Mahheb has wrist control.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Mahheb throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hart. Mahheb misses with a series of wild punches.
Hart closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Hart tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Mahheb pushes Hart away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Hart gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. You can see the frustration on Mahheb's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hart wants to control but Mahheb is keeping him busy. Hart throws an elbow but Mahheb slips to the side and avoids it well. Hart misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Mahheb misses with a double jab.
Mahheb throws a nice looking combination but Hart bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Hart feints and as Mahheb raises his hands in defense, Hart changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Hart connects with a couple of short punches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mahheb pushes Hart off and scrambles back to his feet.
Hart avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hart has a takedown stuffed. Hart drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Hart controls from within his opponent's guard. Hart trying to control the position from guard on top but Mahheb is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hart is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Mahheb working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Hart.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hart stands and throws Mahheb's legs to the side, diving into side control. Hart is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Mahheb looks calm but he's in trouble here. Hart gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Mahheb is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Hart lets go of the hold and Mahheb can pop his arm back in it's socket.
