Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Borg Hanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tenaka Takahashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Takahashi has chosen Get Down - Captain Tinrib as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takahashi uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hanson.

Hanson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Takahashi cracks Hanson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Hanson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Takahashi can pounce on him.
Hanson throws a nice looking combination but Takahashi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Borg Hanson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hanson is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Takahashi's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Hanson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Takahashi scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
An inside leg kick lands from Takahashi.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That's time! Hanson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Takahashi throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Hanson might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.
Hanson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Takahashi connects with a single shot there.
Takahashi has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Hanson looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Hanson clobbers Takahashi with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

and Takahashi counters with a nice low kick that buckles Hanson's knee momentarily.

Takahashi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Takahashi fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hanson.
Hanson is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

and Takahashi counters with a crisp right that sends Hanson to the canvas! Takahashi follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
