Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Shane Hogle!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hogle fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Hogle shoots in for a takedown but Morris shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Hogle uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Morris.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Morris. Hogle shrugs it off though.
Hogle takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Hogle shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Morris pinned against the cage. Morris gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Jack Morris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shane Hogle.
Decent striking displayed by Morris there.
Hogle throws a right and a left that Morris avoids nicely.
Morris shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hogle manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Morris postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Hogle tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Morris stands and throws Hogle's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Morris sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Hogle is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Morris looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Hogle is not content to let Morris control the position.
Morris tries to score with some ground and pound. Hogle controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Hogle is trying to improve his position.
Morris is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Hogle has escaped the position, nice work there.
Morris thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Morris is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hogle is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Hogle is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Morris is controlling him well.
Morris has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Hogle tries to bench press Morris off him but Morris keeps the position.
The strikes coming from Morris are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Morris throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Morris throws a strike aimed at the side of Hogle's head but Hogle avoids it well.
Morris wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hogle, who protects the arm well.
Morris tries to move into full mount but can't pass Hogle's legs.
Morris is breathing heavily.

Hogle wants to get back to his feet.
Hogle tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Morris has hold of Hogle's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Hogle seems comfortable defending it but Morris has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Hogle is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Hogle is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Morris couldn't care less - he's delighted!
