Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Fjodor Kanchelskis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rex Munroe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Fjodor Kanchelskis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Rex Munroe! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Steven Brown and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kanchelskis takes a body punch but keeps moving. Kanchelskis tries to clinch up but Munroe circles away and keeps his distance. A punch combination from Kanchelskis misses. Kanchelskis shoots in looking for a takedown. Munroe tries to sprawl out of it but Kanchelskis keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Munroe manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Kanchelskis scores with a one two! Munroe had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Rex Munroe has been cut. Kanchelskis dives in and grabs Munroe's left leg, looking for a takedown. Munroe pushes down on Kanchelskis's head and hops out. Munroe's corner calls for a 1-2. Munroe obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
It looks like Fjodor Kanchelskis has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kanchelskis darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Munroe is looking to control Kanchelskis's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Munroe avoid being mounted? Munroe blocking the ground and pound attempt from Kanchelskis.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kanchelskis thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Kanchelskis sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Munroe defending well though. Munroe avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kanchelskis. Kanchelskis missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Kanchelskis is working for a kimura but Munroe is defending it quite comfortably.
Kanchelskis is breathing heavily. Kanchelskis with the ground and pound but Munroe uses the opportunity to regain guard.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. The crowd cheers as Munroe lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kanchelskis doesn't seem phased though. Kanchelskis throws a right hand that Munroe ducks under and follows up with a left that Munroe also avoids with ease. Kanchelskis misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Munroe connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kanchelskis momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Munroe drops Kanchelskis with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Kanchelskis! Munroe dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
