The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dubois rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Da Silva moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Da Silva lands with an overhand left.
Da Silva wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Da Silva clinches with his opponent.
Da Silva lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Chris Dubois has been cut.
Da Silva comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Da Silva lands an elbow that stopped Dubois in his tracks for a moment.
Dubois is rocked!
Da Silva breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Da Silva lands an elbow inside that Dubois shrugs off.
Da Silva escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dubois throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Da Silva lands a big head kick that sends Dubois tumbling to the mat! Da Silva takes a step backwards and waves Dubois back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Da Silva closes the distance and clinches.
Da Silva working the clinch nicely. Dubois is working for position but Da Silva cracks him with a big knee to the head! Dubois crumples up against the cage and Da Silva lands two more shots before the ref can save Dubois! This one is all over!
