Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dixie Normous (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rene Sindac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Normous doesn't manage to clinch there - Sindac circles away.
Sindac drives through with a takedown into guard.
Normous not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Sindac sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Normous 's guard.
Normous is trying to control but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Normous is refusing to be controlled, as Sindac sits in half guard.
Normous is looking to improve his position.
Normous is working hard here to advance position.
Sindac is working for a submission of some sort.
Sindac content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Normous wants to improve his position but Sindac is controlling well.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Sindac shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Normous as he jumps to the side.
Normous swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sindac pushes Normous away with a front kick.
Normous avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Sindac shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Normous sprawls well. Normous wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sindac gets slowly back to his feet.

Normous lands an overhand right.
No luck for Sindac with that takedown attempt.
Dixie Normous has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rene Sindac.
Sindac looks gassed!
Sindac misses with a series of wild punches.
Nice takedown defense from Normous . No joy for Sindac on that attempt.
Sindac circles away from the clinch attempt.

Sindac tries to clinch but Normous is having none of it.
Sindac takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Normous lands with a good body shot.

Sindac takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Sindac has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Normous throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sindac moves into the clinch.

Sindac tries to pull guard but Normous holds him up against the cage and eventually Sindac drops back down to his feet.
Normous landing knees to the head.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Normous obliges.
Normous manages to break the clinch.
Normous closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Normous pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Sindac dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Normous . That did some damage!
Sindac wants to clinch.
Sindac takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Sindac dodges the punch combination from Normous .
Normous lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sindac circles away quickly and effectively.
Normous rushes Sindac and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Sindac is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Normous tries to break free but Sindac pushes him back against the cage.
Normous pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Sindac shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Normous sprawls well. Normous wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sindac gets slowly back to his feet.
Sindac slips a jab and a cross from Normous .
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Normous bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Sindac shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Sindac takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Sindac thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Normous tries to roll over but Sindac keeps him under control.
Sindac stalling.
Normous wants to improve his position but Sindac is controlling well.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Sindac throwing shots but Normous is blocking nicely.
Normous is looking for a sweep. Sindac is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Normous keeping hold of Sindac's head, controlling as best he can.
Sindac looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sindac is trying to control the action in half guard but Normous is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Normous trying to control but Sindac postures up.
Sindac is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Normous defends it well.
Sindac seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Normous does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Normous gets full guard.
Sindac trying to control the position from guard on top but Normous is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Sindac won't allow Normous to sweep him here.

Normous has momentary wrist control but Sindac slips an elbow through the middle.
Normous is trying to control the position but Sindac postures up.
Normous being controlled here, momentarily.
Normous knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sindac on the ground.
Normous preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Normous is looking to stand back up but Sindac counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Normous .
Sindac prevents Normous from improving his position.
Normous on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Normous tries to get out of the position.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Sindac.
Normous tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Sindac wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Sindac has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Sindac doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Sindac tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Sindac takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rene Sindac showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Sindac moves in looking to clinch but Normous pushes him off.
Normous moves into the clinch.
Normous looking to stall.
Sindac is trying to drag Normous to the mat but Normous just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Sindac has Normous pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Sindac pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Normous tumbling to the mat - Sindac dives into Normous 's guard.

Sindac pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Normous is keeping the position for now.

Sindac tries to free his leg and advance position but Normous is retaining full guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Sindac stands up and waves to Normous to follow him.
Normous looks to clinch
and Sindac moves into the clinch.
Sindac has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Normous wants to stall.
Normous wants to get back to striking at distance but Sindac won't allow it.
Normous taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Sindac goes for a takedown in the clinch but Normous prevents it.
Sindac has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Normous is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Dixie Normous has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rene Sindac.
Normous is trying to break free.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Sindac gets control of Normous 's arms and successfully pulls guard. Sindac will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Normous not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Sindac has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Normous trying to move into half guard but instead Sindac has managed to sweep!
Sindac postures up in Normous 's guard and throws a big left but Normous blocks it.
Sindac advances position into side control!
Normous struggling a bit here.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
And that's the end of the fight!
Rene Sindac comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Sindac has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
